These evil cartoon characters are often referred to as cartoon villains, depending on whom you are talking to and the roles they play.

These cartoon characters are regarded as evil, not because we generally hate them but because of the role they play in these movies. There are some cartoon characters that are born wicked and inherently evil while others acquire their evil traits as the time goes on. The level of evil and bad deeds an evil cartoon villain is able to exhibit is mostly dependent on the imagination of the creator of the individual evil cartoon character.
In my opinion, The nice thing about these evil cartoon characters and villains, is that they provide the perfect foil for our beloved cartoon heroes, often pushing them to their limits and forcing them to become stronger and smarter in order to overcome the challenges they face from the evil villains. Whether it’s the wicked witch who’s always trying to steal the hero’s magic slippers or the diabolical genius who’s always one step ahead of the good guys, cartoon villains are an essential part of the storytelling experience.
